Each system includes a GNLW364FT decanter centrifuge, a chemical dosing unit, a screw pump for feeding, and two shipping containers, ensuring efficient and reliable transportation. These systems are set to enhance the client's mud processing and solids control capabilities in drilling operations.
The GNLW364FT decanter centrifuge, a key component of the package, is designed to efficiently separate fine solids from drilling fluids. Operating at high speed, the centrifuge can reach up to 3,986 RPM, optimizing the separation process to achieve a higher solids removal rate. With a bowl diameter of 14 inches, it is well-suited for handling drilling mud in a variety of applications, ensuring that the drilling fluids are properly cleaned and recycled, which in turn minimizes waste and reduces disposal costs.

The accompanying chemical dosing system plays a crucial role in the dewatering process, enabling precise dosing of flocculants or coagulants to enhance the separation of ultra-fine particles. The screw pump provides consistent and controlled feeding of the drilling mud to the centrifuge, ensuring stable operation and optimal separation performance. Its robust design allows it to handle abrasive drilling mud without clogging, which reduces maintenance requirements.
