The GN T Series dewatering decanter centrifuge is specifically designed for applications requiring high solids dryness and reliable continuous operation.
With an 8.5° beach angle, the T Series centrifuge features an extended dewatering zone, allowing more effective separation and producing drier solids at the discharge. The optimized liquid pool depth, pitch and beach design also improve liquid clarity while reducing energy consumption. Key rotating components are manufactured using centrifugal casting and precision forging processes, while duplex stainless steel SUS2205 or SUS2304 can be adopted for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
For wastewater containing fine suspended particles, GN can combine the dewatering centrifuge with a Chemical Dosing Unit. Flocculants are prepared and dosed into the sludge to agglomerate fine particles before centrifugation, significantly improving separation efficiency and dewatering performance.
The system can be customized according to different sludge characteristics, including municipal sewage sludge, industrial wastewater sludge and other high-concentration materials.
