The factory, operational as of October 16th, 2023, is a testament to GN's unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality products to industries worldwide.
This new facility is poised to revolutionise GN's production capabilities. It is equipped with a range of cutting-edge machinery, including multiple sets of robotic welding workstations, high-power laser cutting equipment, an automated painting assembly line, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools, and other advanced intelligent manufacturing devices. This advanced technology empowers us to meet the elevated demands of our customers for both product quality and production efficiency.
Beyond manufacturing individual products, the facility offers ample space for assembling large systems, including large tanks and equipment that traditionally require significant room. Furthermore, it includes designated storage areas and additional production plants, fostering a collaborative environment where multiple team members can work seamlessly together.
Situated within an hour and a half's drive from both Beijing International Airport and Tianjin Port, the factory's strategic location ensures streamlined logistics, enabling the prompt delivery of GN's top-tier products and services to customers worldwide."
