From October 29-31, 2024, GN Separation participated in the International Mining and Resources Conference & Expo (IMARC) in Sydney, showcasing specialised equipment that addresses critical demands in mining and resource processing. Held at the ICC Sydney, the event featured GN Separation’s advanced separation technologies at Booths S27 and S28, drawing significant interest from attendees across the sector.
GN Separation introduced two core technologies: the 9-inch decanter centrifuge and the Stack Vibrating Screen - Fine Sizer. The decanter centrifuge, which operates with a high-speed bowl and optimised torque, is engineered for efficient solid-liquid separation, particularly in resource-intensive applications where material recovery and waste minimisation are priorities. The 9-inch model on display is known for its robust build, allowing for continuous operation under heavy load conditions—a crucial factor in mining environments where uptime and durability directly impact productivity.
Also featured was the Stack Vibrating Screen - Fine Sizer, a multi-layered screening solution ideal for fine material processing. This stack screen is capable of separating materials into precise particle sizes, enhancing both quality and yield. Designed with a compact footprint and modular configuration, it provides flexibility for on-site adjustments to meet varying operational needs. The fine sizer’s high-frequency vibrations increase throughput and improve the efficiency of fine particle separation, making it suitable for mining operations focused on maximising output while conserving energy.
With IMARC 2024’s focus on innovative solutions, GN Separation’s presence highlighted the adaptability and strength of its technology for Australia’s demanding mining and resource sectors. The showcased equipment underscored GN Separation’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient solutions tailored to enhance productivity and sustainability in material processing.
