GN SOLIDS CONTROL is pleased to announce the successful delivery of three trenchless HDD mud recycling systems to a valued customer in Europe, further strengthening GN SOLIDS CONTROL’s presence in the European trenchless construction market.
The project includes two sets of GNMS-400C mud recycling systems and one set of GNMS-200C system, all designed and manufactured by GN SOLIDS CONTROL to meet the demanding requirements of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations. These systems will be used in various trenchless pipeline and utility installation projects across Europe.
The GNMS-400C systems are high-capacity mud recycling units, suitable for medium to large HDD projects. They are equipped with a linear motion shale shaker, desander, desilter, and high-efficiency centrifugal pump to ensure effective removal of sand and fine solids from drilling fluid. The GNMS-200C system, with its compact design and reliable performance, is ideal for smaller HDD projects or confined job sites, offering excellent flexibility and ease of transport.
By supplying a combination of GNMS-400C and GNMS-200C units, GN SOLIDS CONTROL provides the customer with a versatile solution capable of handling different bore sizes and geological conditions. All systems were fully tested before shipment to ensure stable operation, high recovery efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
