GN Solids Control is proud to announce the successful shipment of a full package of solids control equipment to a valued European client. This shipment includes four (4) sets of GNLW223D mini decanter centrifuges, two (2) sets of GNMS-600B mud recycling systems, and two (2) sets of GNMS-1000B mud recycling systems.
The GNLW223D decanter centrifuge is GN’s compact and high-speed model, designed specifically for small-scale or pilot drilling applications where space and mobility are critical. With a bowl diameter of 9 inches, the GNLW223D offers exceptional performance in fine solids separation, making it ideal for diamond core drilling, geotechnical exploration, and trenchless HDD projects. The unit is fully skid-mounted and designed for easy transport and installation.
The GNMS-600B and GNMS-1000B mud recycling systems are complete packages integrating shale shakers, desanders, centrifugal pumps, and tank systems. These units are widely used in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), CBM (Coal Bed Methane), and water well drilling applications. With optimized layouts and field-proven performance, they effectively reduce mud cost and environmental impact by recycling and reusing drilling fluids.
This equipment package was tailored to meet strict European operational and environmental standards. All units are manufactured at GN’s ISO-certified facility, following CE and ATEX guidelines where applicable. Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent comprehensive quality inspections and full test runs to ensure excellent performance in the field.
This delivery marks another milestone in GN’s global expansion and commitment to supporting environmentally responsible drilling operations. GN Solids Control continues to work closely with international clients to provide efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solids control and waste management solutions.
