Civil Construction Mud Treatment Application

GN designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of equipment for civil construction mud treatment, covering all typical four stages of solids control:

  • Shale shaker or vibrating screen for the first stage solids control, typically up to 100 microns.
  • Desander for the second stage solids control with a 50 microns cut point.
  • Desilter for the third stage solids control with a 20 microns cut point.
  • Decanter centrifuge for the fourth stage solids control with a 2 microns cut point. With the implementation of chemically enhanced technology, GN dewatering centrifuge is capable of achieving a near 0 cut point, allowing for the discharge of clean water for industry reuse.
