This is a DEMO unit, which we firstly used in China, for testing, for showing client the principle, now actually more and more places need this DEMO, as we need to find out if this way works. The same unit now is in Hazakhstan, our client & partner there is doing some process, and use this to prepare, for the bigger unit. Idea is simple, separate solids out, then separate the liquid as required. Well, different site need different result. So then you possiblly will also need a TDU, thermal desorption unit, to make it finally so separate with each other, or vapour.
Skid mounted OST system is especiallydesigned for oily sludge treatment syste.
This user manual contains the technicalintroduction of each sub-section and detailed information on installation,operation and disassembly of the complete system.
This system separate the oily sludge byclassifications. This system is combined by vacuum pump module and pre-heatingmodule, the shale shaker module and centrifuge module, three phase separationmodule, oil tank, water tank and pipelines (electric control system andlighting system).
By means of multi-functional design, this OSTsystem is capable of treating oily sludge with different sludge proportions.
Then the client also now ready to a new bigger system, in this system, uses GNSP-40A Vacuum pump to suckoily sludge from sludge pit to pre-mixing (pre-heating) tank. Sludge is mixed,diluted and heated in pre-mixing tank, then transferred by a submersible slurrypump to GNZS752 shale shaker for the first step separation. Shale shakerseparates out large particles from sludge. A screw pump transfers sludge intodecanter centrifuge for second step separation. Solids phase from centrifugetreatment is discharged out of system, while mixture of oil and water istransferred to IPS (inclined plates separation unit)of three phase separationmodule. Most of fine particles settled onto IPS bottom and a few particles aretransferred alongside with oil and water to the disc stac for the finalseparation into oil, water and solids. Solids discharged by disc stac will becollected, while water and oil are discharged respectively to buffer water tankand buffer oil tank located in 40ft container. When ultra-sonic level meters ofwater buffer tank or oil buffer tank reaches a certain level, water pump/oilpump will be started, and oil and water are transferred respectively to largewater tank and oil tank for storage.
